Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Charleston, WV
Duration: 9 months
Rates: $35-$40 per hour
Position Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a Project Management Office (PMO) responsible for developing and maintaining tools, processes, and training that enable effective project delivery across large‑scale programs. This role is ideal for a business analyst with an interest in data analysis, application development, and project execution within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the PMO in developing, maintaining, and improving project tools, processes, and reporting frameworks
Assist with data analysis and insights to support planning, execution, and performance tracking
Contribute to application development and automation initiatives that enhance project delivery efficiency
Collaborate with project teams to support consistent governance, standards, and best practices
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to PMO processes and performance
Provide analytical and administrative support for ongoing program and project activities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business management, Project Management, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline
Demonstrated commitment to safety in both professional and personal work practices
Alignment with core organizational values, including safety, responsibility, integrity, innovation, and collaboration
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Interest in Project Management and/or Construction Management
Experience with or interest in learning Microsoft Power Platform tools, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret information and navigate ambiguity
Experience working in dynamic environments with changing priorities
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, with strong organizational and time‑management skills
Self‑motivated, reflective, and committed to continuous improvement and professional development
