Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst IV to support business and technological initiatives by analyzing processes, defining requirements, and driving data‑informed improvements. This role partners closely with project managers, subject matter experts, and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver optimized solutions aligned with business objectives.

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst IV to support business and technological initiatives by analyzing processes, defining requirements, and driving data‑informed improvements. This role partners closely with project managers, subject matter experts, and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver optimized solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear specifications and process documentation
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Support KPI development, reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Assess and optimize current‑state processes; recommend future‑state solutions
- Support project execution and change management activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, and technical teams
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement review sessions
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting complex projects or operations
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MRP/CMMS)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Access
- Familiarity with SQL and data visualization/reporting tools
- Strong process orientation with experience in root‑cause analysis
- Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or JIT methodologies preferred
