Position Overview
Seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst to support a multi-year process modernization initiative focused on enhancing sales and order management systems and workflows. This role plays a critical part in driving operational efficiency, digital transformation, and consistency across commercial operations.
The position is embedded within the Inside Sales Support team for the Canadian Sales organization and combines business analysis, systems support, and process improvement responsibilities.

This role plays a critical part in driving operational efficiency, digital transformation, and consistency across commercial operations.
The position is embedded within the Inside Sales Support team for the Canadian Sales organization and combines business analysis, systems support, and process improvement responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Process Analysis & Systems Improvement
- Analyze and document current business processes, workflows, and system requirements related to sales, order management, and customer operations.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend technology-based solutions.
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements from internal stakeholders.
- Design and implement improved workflows and business processes aligned with organizational objectives.
- Develop process maps, business requirements documents, and system specifications.
- Support the development, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft-based business applications and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement system enhancements and process improvements.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), document test results, and facilitate issue resolution.
- Support system deployments, stabilization activities, user adoption, and change management initiatives.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and usability.
- Maintain and analyze business data within enterprise platforms including SAP and Salesforce.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Identify trends and opportunities for process optimization through data analysis.
- Collaborate with account managers, operations teams, and international affiliates to support business process execution.
- Provide business systems expertise in the preparation of customer proposals, quotations, and operational documentation.
- Ensure business processes comply with organizational policies and applicable import/export requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Canadian and international stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve business systems, templates, reporting tools, and operational workflows.
- Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, consistency, and service quality.
- Contribute to ongoing digital transformation and process modernization projects.
- Provides assistance on related technical or analytical tasks assigned by management, ensuring alignment with the role’s core functions.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Sales Operations, or Supply Chain
- Proven experience in process improvement and operational optimization
- Nuclear experience
- Background in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or supply chain management is preferred
- Experience supporting enterprise systems implementation or transformation initiatives
Required:
- SAP experience (preferably E35 platform)
- Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Microsoft Power Automate or similar automation tools
- Power BI or other reporting tools
- Experience working with large datasets and process automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration
- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High accountability, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Duration: 12–16 month modernization program
- Scope: Sales and order management systems transformation

- Location: Hybrid (Oakville office, typically 2 days/week onsite)
