Schedule: 5-day work week (Hybrid/3-days onsite, 2 days remote)

Overview

Responsibilities 
Procurement & Sourcing: Purchase materials, parts, supplies, and equipment in full compliance with established company purchasing policies and procedures, optimizing price, delivery, and commercial terms. Analyze low-risk market dynamics, cost drivers, and supplier alternatives.
Contract Administration & Management: Draft contract requirements and technical specifications for a small portfolio or business area. Coordinate subcontractor and supplier activities, serving as the primary point of contact for vendor execution.
Process & RFQ Oversight: Manage and streamline the end-to-end procurement process (from need identification and supplier selection to payment and record-keeping). Support the organizational transition from Procure-to-Pay (P2P) to Source-to-Pay (S2P) across USA and Canada terminals.
Data & Cost Analysis: Collect, analyze, and evaluate cost data using preset tools and formats. Identify budget variances or opportunities to improve profitability, compiling key financial and analytical reports for senior leadership.
Operational Compliance & Stakeholder Engagement: Identify instances of non-compliance with organizational policies and regulatory codes. Resolve query inquiries from internal/external stakeholders and arrange alignment meetings to foster commitment.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of procurement or supply chain management experience (experienced practitioner capable of working independently).
Technical & System Skills: Full competence in procurement software (Oracle Fusion preferred) and standard office computer applications.
Core Competencies: Strong negotiation capabilities, contract administration, costing & budgeting skills, data analysis, and procurement quality management.
Behavioral Skills: High accountability, collaborative mindset, strong customer focus, courage to address complex issues, and real-time situational adaptability.
