Are you an experienced Camp Supervisor, Village Supervisor or Facilities professional looking for your next FIFO opportunity? This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee daily camp operations, manage service providers and help create a safe, efficient and positive living environment for a large remote workforce.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous experience supervising a remote mining camp, construction camp, village or accommodation facility
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple contractors and service providers within a live operational environment
  • Strong understanding of accommodation management, facilities coordination, hygiene, security and camp services
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence and ability to meet site access requirements
The Job Role Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of a remote workforce accommodation facility and associated site services.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating accommodation, arrivals, departures and workforce movements to meet operational requirements
  • Managing camp service providers including catering, cleaning, maintenance, waste management and security services
  • Monitoring facility performance, addressing operational issues and ensuring a safe, clean and serviceable environment
  • Supporting mobilisation and demobilisation activities as workforce numbers change throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintaining strong communication with site leadership and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and workplace standards
