We are seeking an experienced Construction & Commissioning Electro Engineer to support one of the key offshore wind projects in Poland – Bałtyk 2 and Bałtyk 3, delivered for a global leader in the energy sector.

Within this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring offshore construction activities from the Investor’s perspective within the Electrical discipline, covering WTG systems, subsea cables, and Offshore Substation electrical installations
- Acting as part of the Construction & Commissioning team, contributing to the development and review of commissioning strategies, procedures, commissioning plans, switching schedules, and related documentation
- Providing overall coordination and planning of electrical commissioning activities across the wind farm
- Ensuring cross-package alignment of electrical construction and commissioning planning as well as execution activities
- Planning, scheduling, and tracking commissioning works to ensure timely and efficient delivery
- Participating in and evaluating FATs, SATs, punch list reviews, and various site inspections
- Supporting and coordinating construction follow-up inspections, mechanical completion (MC) inspections, RFCC processes, and handover to Operations
- Providing flexible support to other site management functions, including logistics, warehousing, and planning when required
- Minimum 8 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer or Lead Engineer within construction and commissioning projects
- Valid Polish SEP E and D electrical licenses (unrestricted)
- GWO 5 module certificate
