Within this position, your key tasks will be to: 
•    Responsible for supervision of C&C offshore activities within all disciplines for Offshore campaign. That means leading the daily work of the C&C team located on an offshore vessel. Direct supervision of Company C&C engineers and performance of Maintenance Hookup and Commissioning contractors.
•    Interface with other C&C team members, Company Representatives as well as external Contractors
•    Interface with local authorities such as Border Guard, Customs Office, Harbour Master
•    Quality assurance of Control of Work & Permit to Work applications for works performed
•    Running daily and weekly planning and coordination meetings for Offshore C&C operations
•    Participation in Daily Marine, SIMOPS and Permit meetings to give input regarding works performed
•    Coordination with the C&C planner to execute planned activities and give input to update the plan
•    Participation in preparation of materials and documents required to perform the planned works
•    Follow up of offshore Construction activities from Investor’s Perspective within all disciplines
•    Follow up of Mechanical Completion Status and Handover process, Care of Custody, Ready For Commissioning and Ready For Operation Certificate. Cooperate with Contractors towards planning and execution of MC inspections.
•    As a member of construction & commissioning team, you will create and review Commissioning Strategy, Procedures and Commissioning Plans
•    Participation and evaluation of FATs, SATs, Punch out round and various inspections
•    Supporting Contractors in Boundary Establishment, Completion preparations and ProCoSys Completions Database use.
•    Follow up Safety on Site as a part of Equinor Safety Ambassador
•    Flexibility to temporarily support other roles within site management, logistics, warehousing, and planning.
