Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Civil Engineer– SMP with Saudi Aramco
The Civil Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance and project execution related to facility infrastructure, including buildings, structural components, finishes, roads, and external works. The role ensures that all environmentally built assets remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Job Requirements:
Plan and supervise the maintenance of buildings, structures, and civil infrastructure.
Manage repair activities for concrete, steel structures, finishes, waterproofing, and external works.
Support minor capital projects, renovations, and interior fit-out initiatives.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and contractor submissions.
Perform site inspections and conduct condition assessments.
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Assist in cost estimation, budget planning, and scope definition.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Maintain asset records and reports using CMMS.
Support health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives and risk mitigation efforts on site.
Minimum Requirements:
Knowledge of structural fundamentals, building envelope systems, and finish materials.
Familiarity with relevant building codes and standards.
Proven experience in contractor management and site supervision.
Experience with CMMS is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong problem-solving and documentation capabilities.
PMP or equivalent certification is considered an advantage.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree Civil Engineering.
Experience Required:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities, construction, or maintenance.
Work Schedule:
Full Time – 40h schedule per week
