Leading engineering consultancy delivering major infrastructure projects across Queensland is seeking an experienced Bridge Lead to drive technical excellence, team growth, and project delivery across its bridge engineering capability.
This leadership role will focus on delivering complex bridge and civil infrastructure projects, mentoring engineers, strengthening client relationships, and supporting business growth across the Queensland transport market.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead bridge and civil infrastructure project delivery across QLD
- Provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary projects
- Manage client relationships, proposals, and business development activities
- Mentor and grow a high-performing bridge engineering team
- Oversee project quality, budgets, and schedules
- Support recruitment and capability growth within the business
- Civil Engineering degree qualified
- Strong bridge design and infrastructure project experience within QLD
- Knowledge of Australian Standards and TMR requirements
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience
- RPEQ, CPEng and/or equivalent highly regarded
- Senior leadership opportunity within a growing infrastructure business
