An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Civil Construction Supervisor to join a major owner-side project team delivering a significant portfolio of mining infrastructure and decarbonisation projects across the Pilbara.
Working within a large-scale capital projects environment, you will play a key role in overseeing contractors and ensuring civil construction works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Civil Construction Supervisor to join a major owner-side project team delivering a significant portfolio of mining infrastructure and decarbonisation projects across the Pilbara.
Working within a large-scale capital projects environment, you will play a key role in overseeing contractors and ensuring civil construction works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervising civil construction works from bulk earthworks through to detailed concrete construction.
- Managing multiple contractors and work fronts simultaneously.
- Reviewing inspection and test records, quality documentation and construction deliverables.
- Conducting field leadership activities and promoting a strong safety culture.
- Managing punch lists, defects and project handovers.
- Coordinating contractor interfaces and SIMOPS activities.
- Liaising closely with project teams, operations personnel and site stakeholders.
- Monitoring construction progress and ensuring works are completed in accordance with project requirements.
- 10+ years' construction experience.
- At least 5 years' experience in a Construction Supervisor or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of earthworks, concrete and mining infrastructure projects.
- Experience working within operational mine sites.
- Proven ability managing contractors and subcontractors.
- Exposure to project completions and handover processes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of safety legislation, construction standards and industry best practice.
