Collaborating closely with global teams and key stakeholders, you will guide complex, cross-border proposals from concept to contract, helping sponsors optimize their clinical technology strategies in increasingly global study environments.

Required Skills
- Proven sales experience within CROs, pharmaceutical companies, or clinical technology sectors
- Solid understanding of clinical trials and their operational requirements
- Ability to identify client challenges and tailor innovative ClinTech solutions (IRT, eConsent, eCOA/ePRO, Connected Devices)
- Strong relationship-building skills with key decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships
- Business-level English proficiency and native-level Japanese communication skills
- Skilled in leading proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations
- Technical knowledge of clinical IT systems relevant to trial management
- Experience working on international or cross-border clinical trials
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales activity reporting
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Business, or related fields
- Extensive experience in clinical technology sales or business development, ideally within a global healthcare or pharmaceutical environment
- Based in Tokyo (Shinagawa Office) with flexibility for remote work and flexible hours
- Willingness to collaborate across global teams and manage cross-border projects
