CNC Machinist III

Responsibilities & Qualifications of the CNC Machinist III include, but are not limited to:

• 6+ years of CNC experience
• Work on soft steels and aluminium's 
• Can operate 4 and 5 axis mills (HAAS)
• Performs typical machine shop operations to support the assembly floor.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings for all processes and programs.
• Thorough knowledge of the following elements are expected:
  
  • All gauging require including CMM
  • Verifying gage calibration
  • Machine fixturing for all set ups
  • All tooling, its name and function
  • Familiarity with CNC programming/languages and knowledge of how to create and edit programs
  • Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances

Additional Information:

• Working Conditions: Shop (Climate Controlled)
• Eligible for benefits and bump in pay after probationary period
• Mon - Friday 6am - 6pm
