About the Role We are seeking an Entry-Level Data & Compliance Support Associate to join the Carbon and Renewable Regulatory Assurance team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data, learning new systems, and supporting customers in a professional office environment.
The position combines data entry, quality checks, and customer communication. While the work supports regulatory and compliance programs related to renewable fuels, no prior regulatory experience is required. Training and ongoing support will be provided.

What You Will Do
- Enter, review, and maintain data in internal databases, spreadsheets, and online system portals
- Perform quality checks to ensure information from suppliers is accurate and complete
- Use Excel and internal tools to reconcile records and track project data
- Communicate with external suppliers to answer questions and resolve missing or incorrect information
- Serve as a customer support contact by providing clear guidance on data and documentation requirements
- Assist with onboarding new suppliers and facilities into internal systems
- Maintain organized project documentation and records
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, accounting, and compliance
- Support special projects and process improvement efforts as needed
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Friendly, patient, and professional communication style
- Comfort working with computers and learning new software tools
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn technical concepts related to data accuracy and compliance
- Administrative, data entry, customer service, or financial experience
- Coursework or interest in business, accounting, finance, or operations
- College degree is a plus but not required
- Competitive entry-level pay of $18 to $20 per hour
