Contract period: 01.06.2026 - 30.06.2027
Location: Stord/offshore
Main tasks:
- Assistance and performing MC and Commissioning activities as given by Commissioning SRE or others in the Commissioning team:
- Prepare, set and/or verify Valve & Blind lists
- Complete CPCRs
- Execution of Commissioning activities assigned by the Comm SRE on dedicated systems
- Verify Construction Field installations are according to design/ISO/P&IDs in collaboration with Commissioning SRE or others in MC/Commissioning team
- Knowledge/knowledge of reading/understanding P&IDs and ISOs
- Participate in check-out, verification (Walk Down/Yellow line) according to the RFCC (Ready for Commissioning Certificate) Hand-Over Process
- Participate in meetings for planning Commissioning activities.
- According to good Alliance practice, ensure effective communication between operation, maintenance, contractors, and suppliers
- Reporting to the Commissioning SRE regarding ongoing Commissioning activities
- Assist with the collection of documentation related to RFOC (Ready for Operations Certificate) Hand-over according to the System Lead's instructions
- Assist related ATS (Agreement for Technical Services) and other resources.
- The Commissioning Engineer will agree goals for his/her performance with the Commissioning System Lead Process/Utility. Special focus shall be on delivery of basic goals within: HSE, Quality, Efficiency and Performance Management
Qualifications:
- Skilled worker or a related field or equivalent education / experience
- Experience from offshore in either operations or maintenance team is of great benefit
- Track record of mechanical construction, completion or operational experience and delivery in the Oil & Gas industry
- Familiarity with Project Completion Systems; PIMS and document management systems
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of the English and Norwegian languages (both written and verbal)
- Be self-motivated with a willingness to learn from others and work with minimum direction
