🎯 Mission Overview As part of the commissioning of a new hydrogen electrolyzer plant, you will lead the full HSES management during the commissioning phase, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk control, and the implementation of highest safety standards.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HSES safety organisation throughout the commissioning phase.
- Update and implement the HSES Management Plan.
- Deliver safety inductions to contractors and Air Liquide supervisors.
- Ensure full compliance with HSES regulations, work methods, tools, and procedures.
- Review and validate Method Statements, JHA, SIMOPS, and related documentation.
- Ensure effective implementation of the Safe Work Permit System.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, identify deviations, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Hold and facilitate weekly HSES meetings and toolbox talks.
- Promote strong safety culture and best practices across all teams.
- Investigate hazardous situations and develop weekly HSES reports.

💡 Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8+ years in industrial HSE, ideally in energy, gas, chemicals, or process-heavy industries.
- Proven experience in commissioning & start‑up operations.
- Ability to work in high‑risk environments (ATEX, hydrogen, multi‑contractor industrial settings).
- Strong leadership presence on the field and clear communication skills.
