We are looking for an experienced Commissioning Lead (ICSS) to lead and oversee all Integrated Control and Safety Systems activities during offshore hook-up and commissioning phases. The role involves close collaboration with EPC contractors, vendors, operations teams, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and successful asset handover.

Work Schedule & Setup
- 100% Onshore
- Rotation: 12 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF
- 6 Days/Week
- 8–10 Hours/Day
We are looking for an experienced Commissioning Lead (ICSS) to lead and oversee all Integrated Control and Safety Systems activities during offshore hook-up and commissioning phases. The role involves close collaboration with EPC contractors, vendors, operations teams, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and successful asset handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ICSS commissioning activities and provide technical oversight during hook-up and project execution
- Review and approve contractor procedures, ensuring proper redline documentation
- Support EPC PMT through document reviews, audits, and participation in technical workshops
- Ensure compliance with Company standards, project specifications, and design intent
- Evaluate technical deviations, vendor proposals, and new technologies
- Oversee completions deliverables and ensure readiness for commissioning and handover
- Witness testing, verify progress reports, and sign off commissioning activities
- Support scheduling, identify delays, and implement recovery plans
- Participate in audits and ensure quality standards are met
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science
- Minimum 8 years of Oil & Gas commissioning experience
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
- Strong ICSS commissioning expertise in large EPC projects
- Experience in completions, pre-commissioning, and startup phases
- Proficient in reading P&IDs, GAs, datasheets, and technical procedures
- Experience with LNG vendors and systems (compressors, power generation, control systems)
- Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and safety requirements
- Strong leadership, coordination, and planning abilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced MS Office and technical documentation proficiency
