🚨 Hiring: Commissioning Lead (Offshore Mechanical HVAC)
We are currently seeking an experienced Commissioning Lead (Offshore Mechanical HVAC) for a major Oil & Gas project in Qatar.
📍 Location: Qatar Offshore
📅 Contract Duration: 3 Years (Initial Contract)
🌊 Work Environment: 100% Offshore
📆 Rotation: 28 Days ON / 28 Days OFF
🗓️ Work Schedule: 7 Days per Week
Key Responsibilities
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences
✅ Minimum 8 years of Oil & Gas commissioning experience
✅ Offshore commissioning experience is mandatory
✅ Experience in Commissioning Lead/Supervisory roles
✅ Strong Mechanical & HVAC commissioning background
✅ Experience with MC, CSA, RFSU, and System Completion processes
✅ Hands-on experience with ICAPS, WinPCS, PIMS, Hexagon, or similar CMS tools
✅ Experience supporting start-up and offshore operations
✅ Strong understanding of punch management, preservation, and handover processes

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee Offshore Mechanical & HVAC Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities.
- Monitor Mechanical Completion (MC), Commissioning System Acceptance (CSA), and Ready for Start-Up (RFSU) progress.
- Coordinate with EPC Contractors, Vendors, Construction, Operations, and Commissioning teams.
- Review and validate ITRs, check sheets, and completion dossiers.
- Participate in walkdowns, punch list reviews, PTW, SIMOPS, and commissioning meetings.
- Monitor subsystem progress through Completion Management Systems (CMS).
- Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and project requirements.
- Support start-up, commissioning, and handover activities.
