Location: Offshore / Onshore (NFPS Compression Project)

  • Working Days: 7 days per week (28 days per month)

  Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Permit-to-Work (PTW) Coordinator (HU) to support Hook-Up & Commissioning (HUC) activities for a major NFPS Compression Project. This role ensures flawless PTW coordination, strong safety culture, permit compliance, SIMOPS alignment, and efficient workflow across offshore/onshore phases. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the company focal point for all PTW during Hook-Up & Commissioning phases.
  • Verify PTW packages, isolations, CSE, gas testing, and risk assessments before submission.
  • Ensure PTW compliance with procedures, SHE requirements, and project standards.
  • Conduct permit audits, isolation checks, and SIMOPS reviews.
  • Support daily PTW/SIMOPS coordination meetings and maintain schedule alignment.
  • Ensure timely submission, issuance, and closure of permits.
  • Identify conflicts across multi-disciplinary work fronts and resolve SIMOPS clashes.
  • Provide daily/weekly PTW reports and monitor contractor adherence.
  • Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in handover preparations, system isolations, and subsystem transfer.
  • Foster a strong safety culture and adherence to QELNG values.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
  • Minimum 8+ years experience in a similar PTW Coordinator role.
  • 5+ years field experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, shipyard, or construction yard.
  • Strong understanding of PTW systems, CSE, Gas Testing, isolations, and HSE standards.
  • Broad experience in onshore/offshore, greenfield & brownfield project phases.
  • Familiar with commissioning workflows, systemization, completions, PSSR, checksheets, etc.
  • EPC contractor & international project experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of hydrotesting, pipe cleaning, leak testing (N2He), ICSS, loop checks, LV/MV/HV systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to speak English fluently, Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools).
