🔄 Rotation: 10 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF
📅 Work Schedule: 7 Days per Week
⏰ Working Hours: 12 Hours per Day

Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Commissioning PTW Coordinator to support the Hook-Up & Commissioning (HUC) phase of a major offshore compression development project in Qatar.
The successful candidate will act as the focal point for all Permit to Work (PTW) coordination activities, ensuring effective control of work, isolation management, SIMOPS coordination, risk assessments, and permit compliance throughout commissioning, brownfield modifications, and offshore tie-in activities.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Coordinate all PTW activities during Hook-Up & Commissioning phases.
✅ Verify PTWs, isolation certificates, risk assessments, and supporting documentation before submission.
✅ Act as the primary interface between Commissioning, Operations, HSE, and PTW teams.
✅ Maintain PTW dashboards and provide daily/weekly permit status reporting.
✅ Participate in PTW coordination meetings, SIMOPS reviews, TRA workshops, and HAZID sessions.
✅ Review and audit permits, isolations, gas testing, and confined space entry documentation.
✅ Ensure compliance with company PTW procedures, HSE standards, and project requirements.
✅ Coordinate permit sequencing in line with commissioning and project schedules.
✅ Support subsystem/system handover activities and permit transfer to Operations.
✅ Identify permit-related issues and drive lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
🎓 Qualification
Strong knowledge of:
✅ Experience working with Tier-1 EPC Contractors
✅ Onshore & Offshore Commissioning Experience
✅ Hook-Up & Brownfield Project Exposure
✅ International Project Experience
✅ Previous experience in Asian Fabrication Yards (particularly China) is highly preferred

Requirements
🎓 Qualification
- High School Diploma or Technical Qualification
- Minimum 8 years' experience in PTW Coordination, Commissioning, Construction, Operations, or Hook-Up projects.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Shipyard, or Construction Yard environments.
- Proven experience supporting:
- Hook-Up & Commissioning Projects
- Brownfield Modifications
- Offshore Tie-Ins
- Greenfield & Brownfield Developments
- Major EPC Projects
