Commissioning Superintendent (EIA)
This person will lead all COM activities on site (Level 1 & 2), ensure compliance with French regulations, and coordinate vendors (mainly automation) during critical commissioning phases.
The ideal candidate is fluent in French, has electrical authorization (H0B–BE minimum), and is comfortable working in a highly regulated environment under Decret 92 (preferred).
This role requires hands-on leadership, document control rigor, and excellent communication skills to manage interfaces between construction, engineering, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Proven commissioning experience in gas terminal projects (LNG/Gas)
✅ Technical background: E&IA (Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation)
✅ Fluent in French (mandatory)
✅ Electrical authorization: H0B–BE minimum
✅ Full responsibility for COM activities (Level 1 & 2)
✅ Proficiency in commissioning tracking tools (PIMS)

- Stage: Execution phase of a major gas terminal project.
- System/Sub-system split: Already done (not part of this role).
- Main Tool: PIMS for tracking and reporting.
- Team Size: Will vary during phases (0 to 10 people).
- Environment: High safety standards, French regulations, and complex multi-discipline coordination.

- Supervise and lead all commissioning activities on site (Level 1 & 2).
- Manage and coordinate a variable team (0–10 people).
- Interface with vendors (mainly automation) and internal stakeholders.
- Review and provide input on commissioning procedures (no full writing required).
- Update and finalize the Commissioning Document Register (including as-built).
- Monitor punch lists, progress, and handover using PIMS.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory requirements.
