Location: Offshore
Industry: Oil & Gas
Discipline: Piping – Pre‑Commissioning & Commissioning.
Contract Duration: 3 Years
Work Schedule:
• 12 hours/day
• 7 days/week
• Rotation: 28 days ON / 28 days OFF
We are looking for an experienced Commissioning Supervisor (Offshore – Piping) to oversee and coordinate all pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities for the piping discipline executed offshore by EPC contractors, ensuring systems and sub‑systems are delivered safely, compliantly, and ready for start‑up.
🔹 Job Purpose
Oversee all offshore Pre‑Commissioning and Commissioning activities for the Piping discipline, ensuring systems meet project specifications, approved procedures, and HSE standards, and are ready for safe handover to operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Oversee Contractor Mechanical Completion (MC), CSA, and RFSU activities
Ensure effectiveness of System Completion Database and procedures
Monitor commissioning schedules against project milestones
Organize and lead weekly coordination meetings with contractors
Report Pre‑Com / Com progress to N+1
Participate in CTP kick‑off meetings and witness execution
Participate in MC & RFSU walkdowns and certificate sign‑off
Manage punch list creation, categorization, and clearance
Review and validate ITRs and check sheets
Participate in PTW & SIMOPS meetings
Support OESS / Operations during start‑up
Verify contractor completion dossiers and preservation activities
Capture and share commissioning lessons learned
🔹 Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Sciences or relevant discipline
🔹 Experience & Skills
Minimum 8 years of commissioning experience on medium to large Oil & Gas projects
Strong knowledge of completion certificate types (MC, CSA, RFSU)
Expertise in punch list categorization and clearance
Hands‑on experience with Completion Management Systems (PIMS, WinPCS, ICAPS, Hexagon, or similar)
Proven offshore Brownfield commissioning experience
Strong HSE awareness and safe system handover practices
Excellent coordination, reporting, and communication skills
Strong decision‑making and prioritization under pressure
