We’re seeking a Communication Lead to develop, lead, and deliver integrated, strategic communication initiatives across digital, visual, and operational environments—supporting onshore and offshore projects. This role oversees review, governance, and approval of all external communications and media, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and project objectives. You will bring advanced AI-driven video production, professional on-site filming (RLIC, offshore, operational facilities), excellent English written communication, and strong visual storytelling to enhance execution visibility, reinforce safety, and strengthen stakeholder engagement. Job Purpose
We’re seeking a Communication Lead to develop, lead, and deliver integrated, strategic communication initiatives across digital, visual, and operational environments—supporting onshore and offshore projects. This role oversees review, governance, and approval of all external communications and media, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and project objectives. You will bring advanced AI-driven video production, professional on-site filming (RLIC, offshore, operational facilities), excellent English written communication, and strong visual storytelling to enhance execution visibility, reinforce safety, and strengthen stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end communications across onshore/offshore environments: workforce interviews, visual documentation, operational updates, and SHES/welfare communications.
- Own the governance and approvals for press releases, media statements, interviews, announcements, and visual media in coordination with Corporate Communications/PR.
- Plan and execute visual coverage of project execution (scripting, filming, photography, field reporting) across RLIC, overseas yards, office sites, and offshore locations—ensuring permits, schedules, access, and safety compliance.
- Deliver AI-enhanced media (video creation, editing, animation, subtitles, optimization) ensuring technical accuracy, data integrity, and brand governance.
- Develop and manage multimedia content for internal/external comms, executive decks, campaigns, digital platforms, and SharePoint repositories with version control and accessibility.
- Coordinate with project teams to reflect operational realities, construction progress, safety requirements, and workforce conditions.
- Translate complex technical/offshore processes into clear, compelling visual and written narratives for diverse stakeholders.
- Ensure message and visual consistency across all channels/platforms and SharePoint in line with brand and information management standards.
- Maintain dashboards and reports (media summaries, visual docs, SharePoint content dashboards) for management reporting and audits.
- Support executives and PMT with communication planning, briefings, and delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Media Communications, English Literature, or Business Administration (or related field).
- 8+ years in Public Relations/Communications, including 5+ years in media and content production roles.
- AI Video & Motion: Hands-on with AI tools for video generation, editing, animation, voiceover, subtitling, and content optimization (e.g., Runway, Pika, Descript, CapCut/Adobe suite, ElevenLabs).
- Field Production: Proven experience in on-site filming (industrial, offshore, or heavy construction), HSE compliance, permit handling, and coordination with site teams.
- Content Excellence: Strong written English (press releases, executive statements, scripts, features) and visual storytelling aligned to safety and operational narratives.
- Stakeholder Management: Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, construction, SHES, and executive teams; vendor/agency coordination.
- Governance: Experience with brand control, legal review, and approval workflows for external comms.
- Digital & Tools: SharePoint/Teams, DAMs, Adobe CC, PowerPoint for exec narratives, analytics for content performance; basic understanding of metadata, taxonomy, and version control.
- Nice to Have: Experience in energy, EPC, or industrial environments; Arabic language skills; drone filming certifications; offshore survival/HSE certifications.
- Timely delivery of multi-channel communication with measurable engagement.
- Zero non-compliance on branding, safety, or external publication governance.
- High-quality visual coverage improving management visibility and stakeholder confidence.
- Reliable content repositories with proper version control and traceability.
