📅 Schedule: 7 Days per Week
⏰ Working Hours: 12 Hours per Day
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Company Site Representative (DSV) to represent the Company offshore and provide leadership oversight aboard Diving Support Vessels (DSVs) during execution of major subsea construction activities.
The successful candidate will serve as the Company's primary offshore representative, ensuring safe, efficient, and quality-compliant execution of offshore installation works while maintaining strong coordination with EPC Contractors, Marine Teams, Production Operations, Diving Teams, and Project Management.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Act as the Senior Company Site Representative onboard Diving Support Vessels (DSVs) during offshore execution campaigns.
✅ Serve as the primary interface between Company and EPC Contractor Offshore Construction Management teams.
✅ Monitor offshore construction activities to ensure compliance with Company procedures, specifications, risk assessments, and execution plans.
✅ Provide leadership oversight for subsea installation, diving, marine, and ROV operations.
✅ Coordinate SIMOPS, PTW, and operational interfaces with Production Operations, particularly within 500m of Company assets.
✅ Participate in safety meetings, HAZID, HIRA, and risk review sessions, ensuring all actions are closed before critical activities commence.
✅ Manage offshore incident response and support problem resolution during execution phases.
✅ Monitor diving systems, ROV equipment, vessel audits, certifications, and close-out actions.
✅ Liaise with Vessel Management Teams, Marine Leads, Onshore PMT, and Contractor personnel to ensure safe project delivery.
✅ Review offshore execution performance and provide daily progress reports to Project Management Teams.
✅ Promote and maintain the highest standards of offshore safety, integrity, and operational excellence.

Requirements
🎓 Qualifications
- High School Certificate or equivalent
- Valid Offshore Certifications
- OPITO T-BOSIET (Mandatory)
- OPITO H2S Certification (Mandatory)
- Minimum 20 years of offshore installation experience onboard DSVs.
- Minimum 5 years experience as:
- Offshore Construction Manager
- Company Site Representative (CSR)
- DSV Superintendent
- Minimum 5 years experience as:
- Diver
- Dive Supervisor
- Saturation Diving Supervisor
