Completions Manager / Coordinator
About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Completions Coordinator to lead and coordinate the transition of project systems and subsystems from Construction to Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning. Working within a large EPCM project environment, you will be responsible planning and controlling completions activities, coordinating multidisciplinary interfaces managing system handovers, overseeing punch-list closure and ensuring readiness for turnover milestones. The role acts as the focal point between Construction, Quality, Commissioning Contractors and the Client to deliver safe, predictable and efficient project handovers.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the project Completions process and system turnover activities.
• Develop and maintain completions priorities, schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Coordinate readiness reviews, walkdowns and turnover activities.
• Ensure completion requirements are met before systems progress to the next project phase.
• Manage interfaces between Construction, Quality, Commissioning, Contractors a client teams.
• Oversee punch-list management, closure performance and escalation of critical issues.
• Monitor completion status through the Completion Management System (CMS/PCMS).
• Coordinate completion certification and turnover documentation.
• Prepare progress reports, KPIs and turnover forecasts.
• Identify and remove barriers that could impact project handover milestones.

Qualifications & Experience
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in industrial EPC, EPCM or major construction projects.
• Previous experience in Completions, Commissioning, Construction Management Mechanical Completion roles.
• Experience with Completions Management Systems (CMS, PCMS, Hexagon Smar Completions, WinPCS or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of systemization, turnover processes, quality documentation punch-list management.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary and multicultural project environment.
