This is a senior-level Construction Coordinator role focused on construction planning, project coordination, contractor management, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and to required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the Construction Planning Program (CPP) in coordination with Construction leadership.
- Coordinate construction planning activities and provide input to Construction Management.
- Manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity simultaneously.
- Coordinate and oversee implementation contractors.
- Ensure project deliverables are RFI-ready, on schedule, and meet quality and project requirements.
- Identify project issues, risks, and opportunities and develop timely, practical solutions.
- Work across multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- BS/MS in Engineering.
- Previous experience in a construction, engineering, project coordination, or closely related role.
- Strong coordination and interface management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
