We are seeking an experienced Construction Division Manager to lead planning, preparation, and execution of construction activities for a major LNG project. The role ensures deliverables meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets, while driving constructability excellence and maintaining strong coordination across stakeholders.

- 100% Onshore
- Rotation: 12 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF
- 6 Days/Week
- 8–10 Hours/Day
We are seeking an experienced Construction Division Manager to lead planning, preparation, and execution of construction activities for a major LNG project. The role ensures deliverables meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets, while driving constructability excellence and maintaining strong coordination across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of construction & fabrication activities ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
- Act as site focal point for HSE, driving safety culture and compliance
- Manage fabrication activities of compression platforms up to sailaway
- Oversee contractors and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with company’s PM systems and standards
- Monitor project schedule, identify delays, and implement recovery/contingency plans
- Ensure strong coordination between Operations, Logistics, and Contractors
- Drive implementation of Management of Change (MOC) and lessons learned
- Ensure compliance with construction execution plans, specifications, and procedures
- Provide monthly progress reports including KPIs, charts, and analysis
- Identify fabrication risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Foster collaboration and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Managing complex interfaces between multiple stakeholders
- Ensuring alignment across onsite execution teams and corporate functions
- Delivering large-scale fabrication scope under strict HSE and schedule constraints
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Sciences
- 12+ years experience in Oil & Gas construction/projects
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership/management role
- Strong EPC project execution and contractor management experience
- Expertise in fabrication, construction, and commissioning processes
- Knowledge of LNG, sour gas, and offshore/onshore facilities
- Proven track record in project delivery and safety performance
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
