Construction Procurement & Logistics Manager / Director

Leads procurement, supply chain, and logistics for the construction phase of O-GREEN projects, from contract award through delivery to site. Ensures wind turbines, PV modules, BESS, HV equipment, and balance-of-plant materials arrive on time, to specification, and within budget for the current portfolio and all future projects moving into execution. Qualifications & Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in construction procurement and supply chain, including supervising logistics on large energy or infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience procuring and delivering major equipment for utility-scale wind, solar, BESS, or power projects.
• Strong knowledge of EPC and supply contracts (FIDIC or equivalent), Incoterms, customs, and heavy-lift logistics.
• Proven negotiation, vendor management, and cost control capability; experience in the GCC and/or Africa.

Preferred

• CIPS, CSCP, or equivalent professional certification; postgraduate qualification in supply chain or business.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and working with Chinese and European OEMs; Arabic language skills an advantage.
