Objectives and Deliverables Reporting to the Construction team, the Project Assistant is responsible for the operational management of project and campaign close-out activities assigned to them. In this role, they establish and manage tracking tools, produce the required reporting, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Monitoring the progress of close-out activities and producing the associated performance indicators and reporting.
2. Verifying the completeness and compliance of administrative, technical, and regulatory documentation within the internal project management tool.
3. Reviewing and validating the quality and compliance of Project Close-Out Files (DFA) prior to archiving.
4. Coordinating and tracking the resolution of outstanding issues and punch-list items through to final closure.
5. Ensuring the proper creation and maintenance of equipment records in SAP.
6. Identifying discrepancies, proposing corrective actions, and implementing the necessary improvements.
7. Providing regular communication to stakeholders regarding project status and related performance indicators.

Through these activities, the Project Assistant contributes to the continuous improvement of project close-out processes, the quality of asset data, and the control of administrative and operational risks.
