Objectives and Deliverables Reporting to the Construction team, the Project Assistant is responsible for the operational management of project and campaign close-out activities assigned to them. Objectives and Deliverables Reporting to the Construction team, the Project Assistant is responsible for the operational management of project and campaign close-out activities assigned to them. In this role, they establish and manage tracking tools, produce the required reporting, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring the progress of close-out activities and producing the associated performance indicators and reporting.
- Verifying the completeness and compliance of administrative, technical, and regulatory documentation within the internal project management tool.
- Reviewing and validating the quality and compliance of Project Close-Out Files (DFA) prior to archiving.
- Coordinating and tracking the resolution of outstanding issues and punch-list items through to final closure.
- Ensuring the proper creation and maintenance of equipment records in SAP.
- Identifying discrepancies, proposing corrective actions, and implementing the necessary improvements.
- Providing regular communication to stakeholders regarding project status and related performance indicators.
