For our international client with extensive experience in the renewable energy industry, we are recruiting Construction Project Manager (Biogas / Biomethane).
The role will be focus on the execution phase of biogas and biomethane projects across Poland, starting from the Environmental Permit stage through construction, grid connection, and successful commissioning.
As a key member of the Polish construction team, you will lead the final permitting phase, technical preparation, contractor selection, budgeting, and full-scale construction management, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in managing construction of biogas, biomethane, or other energy infrastructure projects, strong knowledge of Polish construction law and permitting procedures.

As a key member of the Polish construction team, you will lead the final permitting phase, technical preparation, contractor selection, budgeting, and full-scale construction management, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the completion of permitting processes, including Building Permit and gas grid connection agreements.
- Coordinating technical documentation and construction design in cooperation with engineering teams.
- Leading tendering processes and selecting EPC contractors, subcontractors, and key suppliers.
- Preparing and controlling project budgets, schedules, and cash flow forecasts.
- Overseeing site execution, supervising contractors, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards.
- Monitoring construction progress, risk management, and quality control throughout the build phase.
