8–10 Hours/Day 🔹 Job Purpose
We are hiring a Construction Specialist – Coating & Insulation to support EPC contractor execution for topsides fabrication activities. The role focuses on ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery aligned with project standards and LNG facility requirements.
This position plays a critical role in coating & insulation execution, fabrication oversight, contractor coordination, and compliance management across a large-scale compression project.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science
Minimum 8+ years experience in Oil & Gas / LNG construction
Strong experience in:
✔ Coating & insulation systems (protective coatings, thermal insulation)
✔ Fabrication, welding, and construction practices
✔ Quality control & inspection requirements
✔ Risk assessment & HSE compliance
✔ Strong stakeholder coordination and communication

We are hiring a Construction Specialist – Coating & Insulation to support EPC contractor execution for topsides fabrication activities. The role focuses on ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery aligned with project standards and LNG facility requirements.
This position plays a critical role in coating & insulation execution, fabrication oversight, contractor coordination, and compliance management across a large-scale compression project.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Construction & Fabrication Oversight
- Supervise coating & insulation activities within fabrication yard
- Ensure compliance with project specs, international standards, and HSE requirements
- Validate constructability of engineering designs
- Monitor contractor/subcontractor performance
- Review progress, identify risks, and drive corrective actions
- Ensure timely execution aligned with schedule and quality targets
Technical & Compliance Assurance
- Review drawings, deviations, and engineering deliverables
- Ensure compliance with QatarEnergy LNG construction standards
- Support documentation and dossier completion (as-built, pre-commissioning, etc.)
- Collaborate with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, and project teams
- Manage interfaces between client, EPC contractor, and stakeholders
- Monitor fabrication progress and highlight risks/delays
- Support reporting, lessons learned, and continuous improvement
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science

- Coating & insulation (critical requirement)
- Fabrication yard / topsides / modules
- EPC project environments
- Contractor management
