Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor – Civil and HVAC to join a large-scale industrial project in Almelo. In this role, you will oversee and manage daily construction activities within your discipline, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project requirements and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with other supervisors and support the Construction Manager and Project Manager throughout the construction phase.

In this role, you will oversee and manage daily construction activities within your discipline, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project requirements and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with other supervisors and support the Construction Manager and Project Manager throughout the construction phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor contractor progress and scope, identify delays, and ensure timely corrective actions in line with approved schedules.
- Inspect and verify contractor work for compliance with professional standards, regulations, norms, and project specifications.
- Enforce QHSE standards on-site, report unsafe conditions, and implement corrective measures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Provide regular status updates to the Construction/Project Manager to ensure coordination and progress.
- Review and report on additional work requests, including interpretation of specifications, materials, and unit pricing, to maintain cost control.
- Completed technical education at HBO level (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Installation Technology.
- 3–5 years of experience in construction, (petro)chemical industry, or similar sectors.
- Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, safety standards, and familiarity with IT systems (MS Office, SAP, MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Proficiency in Dutch and English (preferred), both spoken and written.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
