Construction Supervisors (2 Positions)

FIFO Site-Based Opportunity | 12 + 12 Month Contract | Preferred 8/6 Roster (Negotiable)

NES Fircroft is recruiting for two experienced Construction Supervisors to support the delivery of major mining infrastructure projects within a large-scale resources environment. These site-based contract opportunities will oversee a diverse range of construction activities across civil, tailings, surface and underground infrastructure projects.

This role will suit construction professionals with a strong background in mining and heavy industry who are passionate about safe project execution, contractor management and delivering quality outcomes in operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction contractors across multiple project work fronts.
• Ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications and standards.
• Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates against schedule, budget and quality targets.
• Drive compliance with site safety systems, environmental requirements and project procedures.
• Coordinate daily construction activities and manage interfaces with site operations and project stakeholders.
• Conduct inspections, audits and quality verification activities throughout project execution.
• Review construction methodologies, work packs and risk assessments.
• Support commissioning, project completion and handover activities.

About You

• Demonstrated experience as a Construction Supervisor within mining, resources, infrastructure or heavy industrial projects.
• Strong contractor management and field leadership capability.
• Experience delivering civil earthworks, tailings infrastructure, surface facilities and/or underground infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to work effectively within active operational mining environments.
• Sound understanding of construction quality, safety and environmental compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and construction documentation.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and ability to work FIFO.
