Key Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Contract Management, Commercial Management, Contract Administration, or Construction Claims.
  • Experience working on large-scale construction, industrial, infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, or EPC projects.
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions and contract administration processes.
  • Proven experience managing contractor claims, variations, and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.
  • Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Law, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting contract administration throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience in claims management, change management, and dispute resolution.
  • Familiarity with EPC, industrial manufacturing, renewable energy, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.
  • Experience working in multinational or international project environments is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across project, engineering, commercial, and site teams.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently in a site-based project environment.
