We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Engineer to join a well intervention team focused on the near‑term maturation and execution of offshore well intervention activities. This role is hands‑on and delivery focused, with responsibility for taking multiple intervention opportunities from early framing through safe and successful execution.

You will work closely with an integrated, multi‑disciplinary team and play a key role in optimizing well performance through high‑impact intervention work.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead the maturation and execution of 10–15 well intervention activities over a defined delivery period
  • Take full ownership of intervention opportunities from initial framing, through detailed planning, and into execution
  • Work within defined safety standards, processes, and operating guidelines at all times
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Reservoir, Wells, Chemical, and Process Engineers, as well as Offshore Operations teams
  • Drive alignment and progress across disciplines, influencing stakeholders without formal authority
  • Support production optimization through sound engineering judgement, well diagnostics, and intervention design
  • Manage key interfaces with operations to ensure interventions are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule
What We Are Looking For
  • BS degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • 10+ years of petroleum engineering experience, with at least 5 years supporting production operations
  • Strong background in well and reservoir management within producing assets
  • Demonstrated experience delivering well interventions, particularly stimulation and pumping activities
  • Clear track record of safe operations and adherence to defined safety standards
  • Proficiency with Petroleum Experts PROSPER and performing wellbore and nodal analysis calculations
  • Ability to independently drive work forward in complex, integrated teams
  • Offshore experience required; deepwater experience is an advantage, but not essential
