Key Responsibilities
- Oversee contract administration and construction activities
- Monitor roads, drainage, earthworks, retaining walls, water and wastewater infrastructure works.
- Conduct site inspections and construction surveillance.
- Manage client, contractor and stakeholder relationships.
- Liaise with authorities and project stakeholders.
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in contract administration, site inspection, or construction surveillance.
- Strong understanding of WA land development and civil infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
