Our client is a well-established engineering consultancy delivering major land development and infrastructure projects across WA. They are seeking a Contract Superintendent to oversee construction delivery and contract administration for residential and industrial developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee contract administration and construction activities

  • Monitor roads, drainage, earthworks, retaining walls, water and wastewater infrastructure works.

  • Conduct site inspections and construction surveillance.

  • Manage client, contractor and stakeholder relationships.

  • Liaise with authorities and project stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in contract administration, site inspection, or construction surveillance.

  • Strong understanding of WA land development and civil infrastructure projects.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
