Benefits
- Temp Contract Role
- Part time, Monday to Friday
- $50-$60/hr + super
- Perth CBD
- Proven mining/resources industry experience and/or contractor onboarding expertise
- Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against tight project deadlines
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Previous experience with contractor management systems
- Support contractor onboarding, training coordination, and compliance activities using the Avetta system
- Validate and migrate training and compliance data from legacy systems
- Assist supplier administrators and contractors with system navigation and onboarding queries
- Support data clean-up activities and gap analysis reporting to ensure workforce records accuracy
- Engage with multiple stakeholder groups to facilitate successful adoption of the new contractor management process
