Job Title: Contracts and Order Management Manager
Work Pattern: Rotation based role
Contract role
Location: Basra, Iraq
Job Details:
Basically this position is in charge of receiving the handover for confirmed orders from Sales departments and start collaborating with all stake holders as needed for order execution, including interaction with planning of operations, manage the procurement and supply chain team, coordinating with operation, order fulfilment, manage the logistic team for order management, manage inventory and supply chain team, chase OTD and assure all data are properly captured and smoothly transit in the system and communications, coordinate with QAQC as well, report to management for excelling in the company performance and department.
The role is crucial for the success of the company. He needs to manage the suppliers and team and coordinate with peer to make the company delivering out. He packs all to FIN team for AR upon completion of orders and control material in and out for customer equipment and delivery.
The ideal candidate should have:
A) Proven experience in Contracts, Order Management, and Supply Chain Operations within the Oil & Gas, EPC, or Rotating Equipment industries.
B) Strong understanding of order execution cycles, logistics, procurement, and supplier coordination.
C) Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to coordinate across departments and drive results.
D) ERP exposure (preferably NetSuite or similar systems) and data-driven reporting mindset.
E) Highly organized, analytical, and performance-oriented
