📌 Contracts Engineer
📍 Location: Seoul, Republic of Korea

🔹 Role Overview
The Contracts Engineer will support contract administration and tendering activities throughout the project lifecycle.
This role works closely with technical, procurement, and cost control teams to ensure effective contract execution and commercial compliance.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
📌 1. Contract Administration
Manage contracts and purchase orders in SAP / UNISOL.
Support day-to-day contract administration and interface with cost control and other teams.
Assist with change orders, amendments, and contract variations.
Draft contractual correspondence (Letters, COR, COI, Amendments).
Ensure compliance with project and the client contractual procedures.
Support claim management and resolution.

📌 2. Sourcing & Tendering
Support pre-qualification activities on contractual matters.
Assist in preparing bidders lists in coordination with Procurement & Compliance.
Support development of contract and sourcing strategies.
Assist in preparation of tender documents (contractual, commercial, schedule aspects).
Support contract drafting in coordination with Legal and Procurement teams.
Ensure consistency and quality of tender documentation.
Participate in bidder clarifications and commercial evaluations.
Support tender evaluation and recommendation process.

📌 3. Contract Execution & Reporting
Support finalization and issuance of contracts and purchase orders.
Ensure proper entry and validation of contracts in SAP / UNISOL.
Follow internal approval workflows for contractual documents.
Provide regular reporting on contract activities.

🔹 Accountabilities
Support contract administration and contractual compliance.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of contract-related documentation.
Assist project teams in contractual and commercial matters.
Contribute to effective execution of contracts in line with project requirements.

🔹 Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, or related field.
10+ years of experience in Contracts / Procurement within EPC, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
Good understanding of contract and procurement processes.
Experience with SAP / UNISOL is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of legal, tax, insurance, and contract frameworks.
Strong communication and coordination skills.

🔹 Language Requirements
Korean and English is mandatory.
