Contracts Lead 

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Lead to join a global procurement operations team supporting request-to-order activities across multiple business units. This role is responsible for overseeing transactional procurement processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of issues within the end-to-end ordering lifecycle.
You will act as a key point of contact for complex order and receiving matters, while also supporting team capability development and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, amend, and manage goods receipt and service entry transactions within ERP systems in accordance with business requirements and supporting documentation
  • Investigate and resolve complex order, receiving, and invoice-related issues in collaboration with suppliers, finance teams, and internal stakeholders through to closure
  • Ensure delivery of team KPIs, productivity targets, and service level agreements are consistently met
  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders and suppliers on procurement and receiving requirements
  • Ensure all procurement and order management activities comply with relevant policies, controls, and regulatory requirements
  • Support training and onboarding of team members and contribute to peer review processes
  • Identify and lead process improvement opportunities focused on efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience
