Contracts Manager

We are looking for an experienced Contract & Change Management Manager to join a leading project management team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for driving contract administration, change management, commercial strategy, and client negotiations to ensure successful project execution.

• Lead contract and change management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage change orders, contract negotiations, and commercial risks.
• Work closely with Project Controls, Procurement, and Subcontracting teams.
• Support project forecasting, reporting, invoicing, and financial performance.
• Interface with clients and key stakeholders to ensure commercial success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Contract Management, Commercial Management, or Change Management.
• Strong background in EPCC, Energy, or large-scale engineering projects preferred.
• Excellent contract negotiation, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and work directly with clients.
