Position Overview We are seeking a Contracts Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of service proposals and contracts within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in reviewing bids, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with company standards. While Oil & Gas experience is highly preferred, candidates from similar industries such as utilities, power, or manufacturing will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage service proposals and bid packages in accordance with company and client requirements.
- Review and evaluate bids for accuracy, compliance, and competitiveness.
- Negotiate and award contracts to vendors and service providers.
- Review and apply redlines, ensuring terms and conditions align with company policies and legal standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, project management, legal) to ensure timely and accurate contract execution.
- Maintain accurate records of proposals, bids, and awarded contracts.
- Identify opportunities to improve contract processes and reduce risk.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company standards.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field required; MBA preferred.
- Experience:
- 3+ years in contract administration, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Oil & Gas experience strongly preferred; utilities, power, or industrial sectors acceptable.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of contract terms, conditions, and negotiation strategies.
- Ability to review and apply redlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with sourcing platforms a plus. Preferred Attributes
