Title: Corporate Recruiter
Location: Findlay, OH or San Antonio, TX
Contract Duration: 6‑month
Pay Rate: $30–$40/hr
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support full life cycle hiring within the Midstream organization. The ideal candidate brings strong relationship‑building skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to manage high‑volume recruiting in a fast‑paced environment.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support full life cycle hiring within the Midstream organization. The ideal candidate brings strong relationship‑building skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to manage high‑volume recruiting in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, assessments, candidate presentation, debriefs, offer negotiation, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing company values and providing strategic hiring consultation.
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies leveraging diverse sourcing methods.
- Conduct resume reviews and phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and role fit.
- Ensure timely communication and engagement with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate and compliant applicant data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), with attention to data integrity, confidentiality, and privacy requirements.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and performance indicators to support continuous improvement and a positive stakeholder experience.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of full life cycle Talent Acquisition experience required.
- Experience with Workday ATS preferred.
- Prior recruiting experience in petroleum, utilities, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred.
- Experience managing high‑volume hiring preferred.
