The ideal candidate excels at direct sourcing, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering a smooth, professional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for diverse IT and corporate roles.
- Direct‑source niche IT talent through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Create and manage job postings across job boards, internal systems, and social media.
- Proactively build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates.
- Ensure a professional, positive, and timely candidate journey from first contact to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and guide recruitment strategy.
- Provide timely updates to hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years in IT recruitment.
- Proven ability to direct‑source IT professionals with niche technical skill sets.
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience with a consistent communication rhythm.
- Prior experience recruiting in a large corporate environment is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a service‑oriented mindset.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and time‑management abilities.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and high attention to detail.
