Country Manager

NES Fircroft is currently recruiting Country Manager for a leading Oilfield Services and Energy Infrastructure company in Saudi Arabia specializing in industrial services, field operations, manufacturing support, engineering solutions, and large-scale Oil & Gas projects across the Kingdom.
Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia (Al Khobar / Dammam)
Position Summary
The Country Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing all business operations in Saudi Arabia with full Profit & Loss accountability. This role requires a commercially driven leader with strong operational expertise, deep understanding of the Saudi Oil & Gas market, and proven success managing strategic client relationships and large-scale business operations.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving growth, operational excellence, compliance, and organizational expansion in alignment with Saudi market demands and Vision 2030 initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Business Leadership

• Lead the company’s business operations and growth strategy across Saudi Arabia.
• Manage full P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Drive profitability, operational efficiency, and market expansion initiatives.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with major Oil & Gas operators, EPC contractors, and government stakeholders.
• Support long-term business development and strategic partnership initiatives.
• Act as the senior escalation point for operational and commercial matters.

Operations & Compliance

• Oversee manufacturing, workshops, field operations, and service delivery functions.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, HSE standards, and industry requirements.
• Mitigate operational and commercial risks while ensuring high service quality standards.

Saudization & Local Content

• Drive Saudization and local workforce development initiatives.
• Support local content and supplier development programs.
• Ensure compliance with MHRSD and related regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline, MBA is preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience within the Oil & Gas / Energy Services sector.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership or Country Management role within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong commercial and operational leadership with P&L ownership experience.
• Proven experience managing large multicultural teams.
• Strong understanding of Saudi market regulations and industry practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Arabic and English language proficiency is highly preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with major Oil & Gas operators and EPC contractors in Saudi Arabia.
• Established network within the Energy sector in the Kingdom.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial services, and field operations is advantageous.
