NES Fircroft is hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to manage materials readiness, long‑lead tracking, and data accuracy that underpin a deep‑water, ultra‑high‑pressure (20K) technical program with strict delivery timelines.
You’ll support materials sourcing and setup across ADHOC, stock, and non‑stock categories—coordinating material master requests (creation, updates, and cancellation of obsolete items), aligning with data and materials teams, and ensuring procurement accuracy and on‑time delivery to operations.

You’ll support materials sourcing and setup across ADHOC, stock, and non‑stock categories—coordinating material master requests (creation, updates, and cancellation of obsolete items), aligning with data and materials teams, and ensuring procurement accuracy and on‑time delivery to operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Materials & MMR management: raise and update MMRs (e.g., new part numbers), cancel obsolete items, and prioritize long‑lead requirements
- Supply chain coordination: align with CP leads on outline agreement changes and PO automation; flag incorrect linkages and supplier issues
- Delivery monitoring & expediting: contact suppliers for real‑time status; ensure urgent items are addressed; maintain accurate ERP data
- Weekly reporting & support: provide updates on deliveries/PR/POs, resolve issues, track open PRs, and back up teammates during high‑volume periods
- Background in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations; SAP/ERP familiarity is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical rigor, attention to detail, and comfort with time‑critical demands
