Identity Resolution Lead / Senior Data Scientist
We are seeking an experienced Identity Resolution Lead to design and deliver advanced customer identity matching capabilities across enterprise data platforms. The role focuses on leveraging graph-based entity resolution, record linkage, fuzzy matching, and machine learning techniques to accurately resolve customer identities where deterministic rules alone are insufficient.

The role focuses on leveraging graph-based entity resolution, record linkage, fuzzy matching, and machine learning techniques to accurately resolve customer identities where deterministic rules alone are insufficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy scalable identity resolution solutions using graph-based and ML-driven approaches.
- Design matching frameworks that improve customer identity accuracy and reduce identity drift.
- Define and monitor matching-quality metrics to continuously improve performance.
- Integrate identity resolution outputs into Customer Master, MDM, and golden-layer architectures.
- Build reusable frameworks and MLOps-enabled pipelines to support long-term scalability.
- Contribute to the evolution of customer-spine and customer hierarchy capabilities.
- Graph/entity resolution and record linkage.
- Fuzzy matching and ML-based identity resolution.
- MLOps and feature store technologies.
- Customer Master Data Management (MDM).
- Customer identity hierarchy design.
- Customer-spine architecture.
- Golden-layer integration.
