1. PURPOSE
The service to be performed, which is the subject of this document, falls within the scope of Offshore Survey studies.

The CONTRACTOR is seeking a Dimensional Control Surveyor to carry out the services described in this specification.
2. PROFILE
This specialist in survey and positioning activities is responsible for acquiring, processing, and reporting topographic survey and positioning data as part of offshore wind farm installation projects. The position is offshore-based and operates on a regular rotation schedule. Candidates must be proficient in SC4W software. GWO certification is mandatory and must be obtained before the start of offshore rotations if not already held.

Skills:
• Conduct precise surveys of offshore structures.
• Verify actual position against project plans.
• Check alignment, inclination, orientation and levels.
• Identify deformations or deviations from design and verify dimensional tolerances.
• Inspect interfaces between modules or structures to ensure proper assembly.
3. SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED
Services shall be carried out independently, under the responsibility of the person in charge of BIDS execution and in coordination with other disciplines. Services include, but are not limited to, offshore dimensional control surveys, position verification, measurement and inspection activities, coordination with project teams, and survey reporting.
4. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in SC4W software.
• BOSIET (OPITO) + CAEBS certification.
• GWO certification.
• Medical Fitness Certificate.
5. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE AND DURATION
Locations:
• Offshore assignments.
Paris, France

Start: ASAP
Duration: 1 year.
6. EQUIPMENT PROVIDED
The CONTRACTOR will provide office furniture, computer equipment and required software.
