Role Overview We are seeking an experienced DLE Mapper to support aeroderivative gas turbines (LM2500, LM6000, LMS100) at a permanent operating site. This role is responsible for DLE combustion mapping and tuning to ensure emissions compliance, unit performance, and combustion stability during startups, commissioning activities, and post‑maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform DLE combustion mapping and tuning across operating loads to achieve NOx and CO targets.
  • Monitor and resolve combustion dynamics issues including instability, lean blowout, temperature spreads, and emissions excursions.
  • Analyze operational data (temperatures, pressures, fuel splits, dynamics, exhaust readings, load conditions) and implement tuning adjustments within approved limits.
  • Support startup, commissioning, and validation runs following maintenance or configuration changes.
  • Collaborate closely with controls engineers, operations teams, technicians, and on‑site stakeholders.
  • Prepare clear technical documentation including as‑left mapping reports, settings summaries, test results, and recommendations.
  • Adhere to all site safety and compliance requirements, including LOTO, JSA, PPE, and facility procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with DLE mapping and tuning on gas turbines.
  • Direct experience with LM2500, LM6000, and/or LMS100 platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of DLE combustion systems, emissions regulations, and combustion dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and clearly document technical results.
  • Familiarity with GE Mark VIe or comparable turbine control systems.
  • Experience using emissions analyzers, data acquisition tools, and dynamics monitoring systems.
