Position- Document Control
Location- Baghdad, Iraq 

Mission
To support and assist project management team by managing and controlling projects documentation of company, all customers & vendors associated with of proposal, projects and product related issued drawings / documents in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
Manage projects documentation as per project specifications, applicable standards and procedures.
• Develop and issue project specific document control procedures based on Project Specification and applicable procedures.
• Create and own Master Document List (MDL) as per procedures and project requirements.
• Examines project documents to verify completeness and accuracy of data.
• Maintaining a filing system in CS10 and manage flow correspondence through proper transmittals.
• Establish communication protocol and filing system in EDMS and manage correspondence through proper transmittals.
• Working with project team in preparation and finalization of Project Final Documentation or Dossiers and compile hardcopies of data books as per specification.
• Monitor status of project documentation according to schedule and follow up with client/vendor/internal team for timely delivery.
• Prepares project status reports and memorandums.
• Attend project progress review meeting.
• Training/supporting project participants on document control tools.
• Training and mentoring new recruits/junior staffs in document control and conduct periodic training to project participants on document control tools and requirements.
• Periodical audit of project documentation performance.

Experience :
• 3-7 years Industry experience
• Prior work experience in Production Facility Engineering, Management of Construction suppliers, Site Engineering support for Pre commissioning, Commissioning activities
