Document Controller
NES Fircroft are partnering with a major iron ore producer that leverages world‑class mining infrastructure, and is focused on long‑term expansion, operational excellence, and creating new opportunities within the resources sector.
Benefits
- Perth, CBD
- Monday to Friday 7.6 hours per day
- 8 month contract
- $65/hr + super
- Experienced in document control, including numbering and verification
- Skilled in Aconex workflows and user support
- Strong in SharePoint version control and formatting
- Capable of managing supplier deliverables and tender documents
- Detail-oriented with good reporting and escalation skills
- Background in admin or records management, preferably in construction or engineering
- Manage controlled documents and correspondence accurately
- Create and manage workflows in Aconex with troubleshooting
- Maintain SharePoint documents with strict version control
- Produce supplier deliverables, tenders, and transmittals
- Prepare reports and escalate risks promptly
- Work closely with suppliers and internal teams
